We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead for the EMEA market.

Role Summary

As Fliteboard transitions towards a "just-in-time" logistics approach, the Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist's role becomes ever more critical. This dynamic role demands an individual who can masterfully blend the responsibilities of inventory management with demand planning. Acting as the linchpin between our sales, logistics, and warehouse teams, this specialist ensures our esteemed customers receive their orders on time while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Oversee precise recording of incoming transfers and address any discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock configurations, coordinate assembly targets, and ensure clarity in assembly instructions.
  • Handle returns, manage documentation, and ensure timely redirection of returned items.
  • Administer stock counts, cycle counts, and rectify stock discrepancies.

2. Demand Planning and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to forecast stock availability based on historical data, sales projections, and market trends.
  • Ensure products are available for sale and boost sales team confidence around product availability.
  • Develop and maintain a demand planning model to optimise stock levels.

3. Warehouse Capacity Planning:

  • Evaluate warehouse storage capacity in alignment with forecasted stock levels.
  • Ensure efficient space utilisation and prepare for peak demand periods.

4. Fulfillment Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to plan and prioritise dispatches based on stock levels and customer demand.
  • Optimise the order-to-delivery process by ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to "just-in-time" logistics principles.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in inventory management, demand planning, or a similar role.
  3. Ability to interpret sales forecasts and apply them to stock management.
  4. Proficiency in inventory management software and familiarity with demand planning tools.

This consolidated role requires an individual with a multi-faceted skill set. The right candidate will not only keep the inventory in check but also ensure that future demand is anticipated and met without hitches. Proper onboarding and continuous training will be key to ensuring success in this expanded role.

Base Salary: €3.500 – €4.000  / Month
