We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead for the EMEA market.

Role Summary

General Warehouse Employees are the backbone of our warehouse operations, directly contributing to our ability to meet order dispatch work flow.. Their daily efforts ensure that products are ready for shipment and the warehouse runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory checks.
• Work on product assemblies, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the Shipping Specialist and Order Management & Dispatch Specialist to expedite the shipping process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

The projected growth of 30% post-acquisition necessitates a structured and efficient warehouse team. Every role, from the Warehouse Team Lead to General Warehouse Employees, is instrumental in ensuring that this growth is handled efficiently, without compromising on product quality or delivery timelines. The salaries proposed reflect both the market standards in Amsterdam and the critical nature of each role in our operational success.

Salary Expectation:€2.000 - €2.250 Net /month
