Design, visual communication and the presentation of our Brand is vital and you will play a fundamental part.
Fliteboard's high standard of design and attention to detail has resulted received awards from Good Design Award, International Design Excellence Award, German Design Award, Red Dot Award, Robb Report Best Of The Best awards.
Fliteboard can be perceived as luxury brand to some, and require a high level of design to match.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for creating on-brand visual material that reflects our vision, purpose, values and strategy. Working directly with the Creative Director, you will be the only Graphic Designer to produce internal graphics, templates and guidelines for our offices in Byron Bay, Melbourne, New York and Amsterdam as well as external partners and our global audience.
This will see you working across a diverse range of disciplines including; digital, print, marketing materials, social media, websites and video production from quick amends, design concepts, and print production.
Your development of Brand Guidelines will help support the growth of the business and design standard is maintained.
In this role, you should be efficient balanced with being highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. Being an in-house role, the Brand elements are developed, however the variety of work from small scale booklets to trade shows will keep you busy.

We are looking for someone who can deliver on the above, has experience within fast-moving, scaling organisations and who can:
- Maintain all brand collateral and marketing, ensuring consistency, thought and care
- Be autonomous in developing ads, banners, large scale posters and graphics from concept to completion including print quoting and finished art. This would leverage off the established Brand toolkit. Consistency, attention to detail and thorough understanding of full print production process would be essential.
- Supporting the CD to ensure all creative is being efficiently executed, to the highest standard with attention to detail appropriate for a luxury brand.
- Brochures and printed marketing material
- Packaging review and audit. Packaging design.
- Creation of digital design and assets for use on our website and social media platforms.
- Creation of digital; Social posts and EDMs
- Short video edit and formatting and advantage Ability to transfer marketing tasks into design briefs to produce social media campaigns Trade show design, graphics and build layout including developing guidelines regarding such
- Assist the creative director on photoshoots and content creation thoughts
- Assisting the CD in product development concept generation across broad spectrum beyond printed page including, trade shows and events, merchandise, packaging
- Participating in team meetings & brainstorming workshops to generate ideas and plan forward
What we’d like you to have:
- Australian permanent resident
- 3 - 4 years working as a graphic designer in a design studio, creative or advertising agency.
- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
- Experience working with high profile product / brand or clients (Luxury preferable )
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Agile, Self aware, resilient, assertive and open to change
- Confident Round thinker, with broad design skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise between immediate short term and long term goals.
- An orderly and efficient designer, with excellent time management skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Excellent in indesign, illustrator, Photoshop,) An appreciation of modernist approach to design
- Highly developed understanding of typography, and layout XD, Premier Pro, After effects a bonus
- Packaging experience a bonus
