About the role
Warehouse generalists control the flow of stock through a warehouse, monitoring goods in and out, safely and efficiently moving and handling items and keeping stock records.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Effective relationships built with Fliteboard management & employees. Order picking accuracy
- Putaway accuracy: percentage of number of items put away accurately at the designated location
- Putaway Cycle Time: Total time taken during the entire process of each put-away task
Storage and Stock Control
- Manage and handle shipping loading and unloading of products
- Operate walk behind forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organise and rearrange products in warehouse.
- Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- allocating storage space to goods
- relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery
Required skills and qualities
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Self aware, resilient, assertive and open to change
- Confident Round thinker
- Attention to detail
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift licence
- High school degree
