About the role
Warehouse generalists control the flow of stock through a warehouse, monitoring goods in and out, safely and efficiently moving and handling items and keeping stock records.

What you'll be responsible for:
  1. Effective relationships built with Fliteboard management & employees. Order picking accuracy
  2. Putaway accuracy: percentage of number of items put away accurately at the designated location
  3. Putaway Cycle Time: Total time taken during the entire process of each put-away task

Storage and Stock Control
  • Manage and handle shipping loading and unloading of products
  • Operate walk behind forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Organise and rearrange products in warehouse.
  • Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
  • allocating storage space to goods
  • relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery

Required skills and qualities
  • Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Self aware, resilient, assertive and open to change
  • Confident Round thinker
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Current forklift licence
  • High school degree
