What it’s like working for Flite
We work hard. We wouldn’t be the market leading eFoil brand if we didn’t. We also recognise the need for balance. Time with friends and family. Time in nature, Fliteboarding. Perhaps it’s due to our relaxed Byron Bay roots, that despite being a global organisation with over 100 staff, we still have a down-to-earth, fun team culture that makes coming to work enjoyable.
